Linen Program:
From beds to booking, we at BÄAK always have you covered. We have a linen program where we provide your home with high quality, luxurious linens (from sheets to towels, tailored to the number of guests), and we include annual replacement of all linens for a small fee. You will never need to spend countless time and money buying your own linens again.

Our All Natural Toiletries and Cleaning Products:
he earth is a sanctuary and at BÄAK, we believe in protecting and preserving mother nature. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable toiletries and cleaning products so that your property is pristine, clean, and free from any toxins that mother nature doesn’t need. With BÄAK, you will receive a contract with a one year minimum, while still having access to your property as many times a year as you could dream of. We charge 30%, with no monthly payment or annuity. If your property isn’t rented, you will not spend a dime.
